Product Review – Bobbi Brown Lip Shine

Another little goodie from the Melbourne Beauty Blogger Event was Bobbi Brown’s Lip Shine.

In Nectarine. Orange. Not a shade I would ever, EVER pick myself because orange simply doesn’t work on me.

Read on to see if this was a hot mess, or just plain hot.

(Oh, and if you’re wondering why all the lip reviews, it’s just that I am obsessed – more than usual – with lip products.  And besides, my eyebrows are not fit to be seen in public).

This comes in a very simple and slim tube. It’s the perfect size to just grab out of the bag and slick on your lips.

Product

Ok, I stand totally corrected on the whole orange is not my thing.

This is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL nectarine I’ve ever, ever seen or had the pleasure to wear. It just warms my skin, gives my lips a beautiful sheen and it just….. well, I could go on but it might get a little x-rated.

A little goes a long way and, even I use a primer on my lips (eg foundation), it lasts for hours.

Heart.

Price

As this was given to me, I’m unsure what it retails for here in Australia (Aussie lassies, help me out here). In the US, this costs $22.

Would I repurchase?

I’ve already ordered more from the US. I’ve finally found an orange that works on me. I’m going to be buried wearing this.
