Product Review – Aveda Smooth Infusion

When I had my hair cut at the amazing Oscar Oscar salon in Chadstone, one product I LOVED was Aveda Smooth Infusion. Read on to find out why.

Packaging

This comes in a tube.  Straight forward, except for the fact that it’s freaking HUGE.  I guess I’m so used to anorexic entree size tubes that this was a fantastic, and very pleasant, surprise.

Product

This is a great serum.  I use the size of a pea for my very short hair, rub my hands together and then run my fingers through freshly washed, and wet, hair.  The consistency of this is like a gel, which I quite like because it’s easy to control and doesn’t run everywhere like other serums.

I then dry as normal and, seriously, the difference is phenomenal.  For a start, it tames my ferocious and unrepentant baby hairs.  It tames my flyaways that stick straight upwards (no fooling, they point vertically).  And it leaves my ends feeling soft.

I forgot to use this yesterday and I totally noticed the difference.  So much so that I rewashed my hair as soon as I got home because I missed the softness.  This product is a total winner.

Here’s the embarrassing bit.  I can’t remember.  It all blurred into my haircut and colour price. LOL.

Would I repurchase?

Yes! I’m not sure I can live without it.  Amazing stuff.
