Product Review – Benefit BeneTint

Benefit’s BeneTint is a product that I have avoided for the longest time. Mostly because a friend told me that it was bad for those with large pores as it had a tendency to sink in and highlight imperfections. So whilst I was intrigued by the lip stain idea, I stayed away.
So I’m glad I was given this by Benefit at the Maxted Thomas Blogger Event. Because those concerns I had were completely unfounded. Read on to find out why my mind was completely turned around on this product.
Packaging

This comes in a bottle with a brush. It reminds me of nail polish. It’s very cute and very Benefit.
Product
This is a stain. So if you’re after big bang on the cheeks or lips, this product is not for you. But if you want a natural flush to the skin, this is utter perfection.
As you can see below, when it goes on wet, it’s well pigmented. Massage it in, as on the right, and the colour dilutes to create a more subtle effect.

And those concerns about my pores looking larger with this? Nope. In fact, because the formula is matte and so sheer, it just seems to meld in like a natural flush. Heart.
Price
Once again, because I was given this, I am unsure of the price here in Australia. In the US, this will set you back $28. Given this will probably last up to two years, it’s a great price.
Would I repurchase?
Oh hell yeah. This is a staple in my daily makeup routine. It never fails to make me look far more attractive than I actually am!
